Description
Beautiful vintage Peachfelt dress hat by Geo. W. Bollman & Co., crafted from 100% wool and made in the USA. This striking piece features a vibrant true-red felt body with a structured flat crown, classic round brim, wide black grosgrain ribbon bow, and dramatic black dotted veil overlay for timeless mid-century elegance.
The interior is stamped “Peachfelt 100% Wool – Geo. W. Bollman & Co. – Made in U.S.A.” The interior crown opening measures approximately 7 inches across (see ruler photo for reference).
The felt remains rich and vibrant with no holes or thinning noted. There are a couple of minor compression marks beneath the veil where the dotted netting was pressed into the felt during storage. These are subtle and largely concealed by the veil when worn. The ribbon and veil remain intact and present beautifully.
