Description
A charming vintage decorative pillow featuring a stitched needlepoint rose design framed by a geometric border. The front appears to be worked in wool or wool-blend yarn on canvas, while the back is deep red velvet with braided cording and corner tassels. A new 14” x 14” Fairfield Poly-Fil insert is included, giving the pillow a full, finished look ready for display.
This piece shows visible wear consistent with age and use. The velvet backing has surface wear and pile flattening, and the braided cording around the edges has areas of loosening and separation, which are shown clearly in the photos. The needlepoint front remains intact with mild thread wear and no holes.
Despite these condition issues, the pillow still displays beautifully and makes a warm accent for cottage, traditional, or vintage-inspired décor.
